Questions, a problem with the app, a verse that seems out of place, an idea: bibleanswerapp@gmail.com. We read every message. It helps to say which device you use (iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch) and the app's language.
Bible Answer works on iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later, on Mac with macOS 26 or later, and on Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later.
Common questions
An answer does not come
Answers, interpretations and the verse of the day need an internet connection. Bible chapters you have already opened, and meditations and sounds you have downloaded, work without one. If there were many questions in one day, the app may ask you to continue tomorrow; the advice from the Bible stays open all the same.
A meditation or a sound does not play
They stream over the internet. To listen offline, open one and tap the download button in its top corner while you are connected.
Changing the language
Settings → Language. Everything changes at once: the app, the Bible translation, the widgets, and the reminders.
Reminders do not arrive
Turn them on in the app (Settings → Notifications) and check that notifications for Bible Answer are allowed in your device's Settings.
Widgets and Apple Watch
On iPhone and iPad, touch and hold the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then add a widget and find Bible Answer. On Mac, right-click the desktop and choose Edit Widgets. The Apple Watch app installs from the Watch app on your iPhone and follows the phone's language.
Support purchases
Supporting the app is optional: a one-time tip through the App Store, with no subscription. Tips are consumable, so there is nothing to restore on a new device; the Restore Purchases button in Settings checks with the App Store all the same. For a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
Where the answers come from
An AI from Anthropic helps choose a passage and write the reflection. The verses themselves are quoted word for word from each language's Bible translation. If an answer seems wrong, please write to us with the question you asked.

Ответ не приходит
Для ответов, толкований и стиха дня нужен интернет. Уже открытые главы Библии, а также скачанные моменты и звуки работают и без него. Если за день было много вопросов, приложение может предложить продолжить завтра; советы из Библии при этом остаются открыты.
Момент или звук не играет
Они загружаются через интернет. Чтобы слушать без сети, откройте нужный и, пока есть связь, нажмите кнопку загрузки в верхнем углу.
Как сменить язык
Настройки → Язык. Меняется сразу всё: приложение, перевод Библии, виджеты и напоминания.
Не приходят напоминания
Включите их в приложении (Настройки → Уведомления) и проверьте, что уведомления для Bible Answer разрешены в настройках устройства.
Виджеты и Apple Watch
На iPhone и iPad коснитесь и удерживайте экран «Домой» или экран блокировки, нажмите «Изменить», добавьте виджет и найдите Bible Answer. На Mac нажмите правой кнопкой по рабочему столу и выберите «Изменить виджеты». Приложение для Apple Watch ставится из приложения Watch на iPhone и говорит на языке телефона.
Поддержка приложения
Поддержать приложение можно по желанию: разовые чаевые через App Store, без подписки. Чаевые расходуются, поэтому на новом устройстве восстанавливать нечего; кнопка «Восстановить покупки» в настройках всё равно проверит это в App Store. Вернуть деньги можно через страницу Apple Report a Problem.

Подобрать место из Писания и написать пояснение помогает ИИ от Anthropic. Сами стихи приводятся дословно по переводу Библии на вашем языке. Если ответ кажется неверным, напишите нам и приложите вопрос.

Preguntas frecuentes
No llega la respuesta
Las respuestas, las interpretaciones y el versículo del día necesitan conexión a internet. Los capítulos de la Biblia que ya abriste y las meditaciones y sonidos que descargaste funcionan sin ella. Si hubo muchas preguntas en un día, la app puede proponerte seguir mañana; los consejos de la Biblia siguen abiertos igualmente.
Una meditación o un sonido no se reproduce
Se transmiten por internet. Para escucharlos sin conexión, abre uno y, mientras tengas conexión, toca el botón de descarga en su esquina superior.
Cambiar el idioma
Ajustes → Idioma. Todo cambia a la vez: la app, la traducción de la Biblia, los widgets y los recordatorios.
No llegan los recordatorios
Actívalos en la app (Ajustes → Notificaciones) y comprueba que las notificaciones de Bible Answer estén permitidas en la configuración de tu dispositivo.
Widgets y Apple Watch

A resposta não chega
Respostas, interpretações e o versículo do dia precisam de internet. Os capítulos da Bíblia que você já abriu e as meditações e sons que você baixou funcionam sem ela. Se houve muitas perguntas no mesmo dia, o app pode sugerir continuar amanhã; os conselhos da Bíblia continuam abertos mesmo assim.

Eles são transmitidos pela internet. Para ouvir sem conexão, abra o que quiser e, enquanto estiver conectado, toque no botão de download no canto superior.
Mudar o idioma
Configurações → Idioma. Tudo muda de uma vez: o app, a tradução da Bíblia, os widgets e os lembretes.
Os lembretes não chegam
Ative-os no app (Configurações → Notificações) e confira se as notificações do Bible Answer estão permitidas nos Ajustes do aparelho.
Widgets e Apple Watch
No iPhone e no iPad, toque e segure a Tela de Início ou a Tela Bloqueada, toque em Editar, adicione um widget e procure Bible Answer. No Mac, clique com o botão direito na mesa e escolha Editar Widgets. O app do Apple Watch é instalado pelo app Watch do iPhone e segue o idioma do telefone.

La réponse n'arrive pas
Les réponses, les interprétations et le verset du jour ont besoin d'une connexion internet. Les chapitres de la Bible déjà ouverts, ainsi que les méditations et les sons téléchargés, fonctionnent sans. S'il y a eu beaucoup de questions dans la journée, l'application peut proposer de continuer demain ; les conseils de la Bible restent ouverts malgré tout.
